Job summary

SP Group is seeking a self-motivated professional to lead the planning, execution and commissioning of District Cooling System (DCS) projects in Singapore. You will work with the District Cooling Engineering team to ensure timely delivery, technical excellence, and safety compliance.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 5–8 years in project management, and strong coordination with internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in M&E or district cooling projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for new DCS sites.
• Collaborate with Engineering on design, specifications, and validation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors on scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Drive milestones, manage risks and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for project-related matters.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with authorities to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
• Maintain project documentation per internal standards and audits.
• Assist with risk assessments and method statements.
• Ensure technical compliance with ISO and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee testing and support commissioning activities.
• Ensure smooth transition from project to operations, including training and handover.
