Job summary

Keppel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Operations Leader to manage the DCS and RCM maintenance operations across multiple sites.

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate troubleshooting with Operations, monitor performance, and drive improvements. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of EMS and ACMV systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good understanding of ACMV and District Cooling System.
• Experience with Energy Management System (EMS) and local/remote control and monitoring systems.
• Strong safety mindset and awareness of EHS rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and support operations of DCS plants, RCM sites and field works.
• Lead a team of engineers/technicians in analysis and optimization of DCS/RCM operations.
• Coordinate with Operations for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose modifications and improvements.
• Create and implement operations and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure Permit To Work and site safety compliance.
