Job summary

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and advanced SQL development.
- Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and migration pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Profiling: analyze source/target systems and data quality.
- Data Mapping & Migration Design: define mapping specs and transformation logic.
- ETL & Migration Pipeline Validation: validate pipelines and reconciliation.
- Testing & Reconciliation: perform UAT and production migration validation.
- Stakeholder Management: collaborate with Business, Compliance, Operations and Tech teams.
