Job summary
ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration for a large-scale SAP rollout to the USA and Singapore operations. You will define migration strategy, govern data quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the USA, Singapore, and offshore centers.
The role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration tools, governance, and leadership to deliver successful go-lives and steady post-implementation data
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in SAP with at least 5 years leading SAP Data Migration workstreams.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration, SAP Migration Cockpit, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall data migration strategy, governance, and plan.
- Lead all phases of the SAP data migration lifecycle including data assessment, cleansing, extraction, transformation, validation, mock loads, cutover, go-live support.
- Develop and maintain migration artifacts and tracks; drive workshops with stakeholders.
- Coordinate data extraction from legacy systems and loading into SAP environments; manage risk and issues.
- Lead cutover planning, testing, and post-go-live data stabilization.
