Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks a senior data mapping specialist to lead end-to-end mapping from AS-IS to TO-BE platforms across banking domains. You will own data dictionaries and mapping artefacts, and define transformation rules.

The role requires 6+ years in banking/financial services, strong SQL and data validation skills, and experience with SIT/UAT and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking or financial services projects.
• Strong experience in data mapping, data migration, and system integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data mapping activities from current-state systems to target-state platforms.
• Own, maintain, and govern data dictionaries and STTM artefacts.
• Define, document, and validate data transformation rules and dependencies.
• Act as primary contact for data-related discussions with business stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and remediation solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing through data validation.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful migrations.
• Ensure data mapping, transformation, and migration align with requirements and regulatory standards.
