Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced data analyst to drive data profiling, mapping, and migration programs within banking and financial services.

You will work on source-to-target migrations, define rules, and validate data quality across complex datasets. The role requires deep SQL skills, ETL experience, and strong stakeholder collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and successful migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field.
• 10+ years experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, or Data Management in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/eKYC, onboarding, CDD and regulatory data requirements.
• Experience delivering large-scale data migration, transformation, or modernization programs.
• Hands-on SQL development with complex joins, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and data migration methodologies.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data transformation workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and validate data quality across migrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and profiling of source/target data to assess quality and risks.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, governance, and reconciliation during migration.
• Develop mapping specifications and translation of business rules into technical specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data ambiguities and ensure data integrity.
• Validate ETL pipelines and migration outcomes against business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation: specs, reports, test plans, and artifacts.
• Support UAT, dry runs, and production validation with issue tracking and resolution.
