Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in factory scheduling, optimization modeling, or discrete event simulation in manufacturing/ops.
• Experience with optimization solvers (CPLEX, Gurobi) and DES tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop smart manufacturing and AI solutions for factory scheduling, optimization, and DES.
• Develop analytics apps that deliver actionable insights to management and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate across global sites to identify opportunities and standardize scheduling and simulation solutions.
• Drive global alignment and benchmarking of scheduling/simulation across Micron's manufacturing network.
