Job summary

The role requires expertise in optimization, discrete event simulation, and reinforcement learning, with experience in LP/MIP and tools like CPLEX or Gurobi. Travel overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, OR Operations Research, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Strong emphasis on optimization, simulation, and algorithmic problem solving.
• Experience in factory scheduling, optimization modeling, or simulation.
• Knowledge of LP/MIP and meta-heuristics.
• Willingness to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop smart manufacturing and AI solutions in factory scheduling, optimization and simulation.
• Develop analytics and applications that provide actionable insights for management and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate across global sites to drive continuous production improvements.
• Drive global alignment and benchmarking of scheduling solutions.
