Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in data science, ML, AI, analytics, or related field.
• Experience developing and deploying statistical models, ML algorithms, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with large and complex datasets, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, feature engineering, and model development.
• Experience using SQL and other database query languages to access, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Strong software development and programming skills with experience building scalable analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and process improvements.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, validate, and deploy statistical models, ML algorithms, and predictive analytics.
• Lead moderately complex analytics and ML projects from problem definition through deployment.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and advanced statistical analysis to solve operational problems.
• Design scalable data prep, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering workflows.
• Partner with Data Engineers to operationalize ML models and analytics solutions.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research and apply emerging AI and ML techniques to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
