Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions in business settings (customer forecasting and habit prediction).
• Advanced proficiency in Python, ML libraries, and cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent).
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy high-impact statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Manage end-to-end data science projects from exploratory analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code for production environments using standard software engineering practices.
• Translate technical insights into clear strategy for business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior data team members, fostering technical growth and sharing analytical best practices.
