Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking an experienced data science leader to drive advanced AI/ML initiatives. You will architect and deploy generative and agentic AI solutions, build production-ready ML apps, and collaborate across teams to translate complex data problems into business value.

You will guide product strategy, manage the lifecycle from roadmap to market, and ensure timely delivery using Agile practices while staying current with AI/ML advancements and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in data science, machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python with familiarity in frontend frameworks.
• Experience in building AI/ML products and enabling GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced data science projects to uncover insights and refine business problems.
• Develop and implement AI/ML products with generative and agentic AI for specific domains.
• Build ML-powered web applications from proof-of-concept to production.
• Collaborate on cloud application architecture and design.
• Conduct business analysis and apply Agile methodologies for project delivery.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from roadmap to market launch with cross-functional teams.
