Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in data governance, data protection or data security.
• Experience formulating data policies, standards, frameworks, processes and guidelines.
• Experience in information lifecycle management including data modelling and master data management.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and/or IT and business audits.
• Experience handling and reporting data incidents.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of outcomes through research and impact analysis; define and track success metrics.
• Plan and conduct regular programme activities relating to Data Security Risk Management and Personal Data Protection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to structure data sharing arrangements with safeguards.
• Support Data Incident Management and Enterprise Data Risk Management activities.
• Review and drive awareness of data standards, policies, frameworks and procedures.
• Act as liaison for Data Protection and Data Security queries with Government Agencies.
• Guide integration of data protection, privacy and security procedures into HPB operations.
