Job summary

Sia Partners in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant focused on Data Governance and Management to drive regional data maturity for enterprise clients. You will balance technical implementation with regulatory navigation, ensuring PDPA compliance and data residency requirements.

You will lead governance frameworks, DPIAs, data lineage, and trusted data hubs across hybrid-cloud environments, collaborating with risk/compliance and engineering teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in data governance or data analytics.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven experience with data management tools and privacy frameworks.

Responsibilities

Architect data governance models aligned with MAS TRM and PDPC guidelines.
Lead DPIAs and privacy-by-design workflows to satisfy PDPA requirements.
Drive data discovery, lineage, and cataloguing of CDEs across hybrid-cloud environments.
Design automated data quality monitoring and MDM solutions for trusted data exchange.
Oversee governance during cloud migrations to Singapore-based regions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Interface with risk/compliance to translate MAS/IMDA regulations into data policies.
Contribute to offers, training, communities of practice, and R&D initiatives.
Support business development through needs definitions and proposals.
