Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a senior data governance and privacy specialist to lead data protection and security initiatives. You will drive outcomes through research, assess programs, and define metrics to measure impact.

The role requires at least 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and ability to collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliant data sharing and safeguards across HPB operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data governance, data protection or data security.
• Experience leading and delivering data governance, data protection or data security related work.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Management, Law, Information Management, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery of outcomes through research and impact analysis, defining and tracking success metrics.
• Plan and conduct regular programme activities and assessments relating to Data Security.
• Risk Management and Personal Data Protection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to structure data sharing arrangements with safeguards.
• Support Data Incident Management and Enterprise Data Risk Management activities.
• Review and driving awareness of data standards, policies, frameworks, processes, procedures and guidelines.
• Act as liaison for Data Protection and Data Security queries with Government Agencies.
• Guide integration of data protection and security procedures into HPB operations.
