Job summary

LTA Singapore is seeking a Senior/Manager, Data Partnerships for the Transport AI Programme. You will establish and lead data acquisition partnerships across government, industry and contractors, defining standards and governance to enable AI-enabled transport use cases.

You will build relationships, negotiate access, and drive a prioritised data roadmap, ensuring secure, compliant onboarding for data-driven AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field with strong data focus.
• Experience in data governance and inter-agency coordination within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to negotiate data access and manage data-sharing arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead data acquisition roadmap translating operations concept of operations into prioritised, multi-source data plans.
• Engage stakeholders across government agencies, industry and research partners to secure data access.
• Establish data standards for formats, schemas, metadata and update cadences for reliable ingestion.
• Define platform and integration approaches that handle sensitive datasets with appropriate security controls.
• Ensure sound data governance with agreements and access controls; collaborate with analytics and AI teams.
