Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Senior/Manager to establish and lead its Data Partnerships for the Transport AI Programme. You will shape a prioritised data acquisition roadmap, govern data standards, and coordinate with government agencies and partners to securely bring data in for AI use cases.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, negotiate data access, and align data initiatives with analytics, AI, and product teams to enable impactful transport insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Experience in data governance, inter-agency coordination, or data strategy is preferred.
• Experience negotiating data access in a government or complex environment.
• Proven ability to build and lead data scientists and engineers to deliver data pipelines and data sharing.
