Job summary

Land Transport Authority (Singapore) is seeking a Senior/Manager, Data Partnerships, within the Transport AI Programme. You will lead data acquisition, governance, and partnerships with government agencies, industry partners and contractors to enable AI-enabled transport solutions.

Responsibilities include defining data standards, negotiating access, and building a secure data platform while ensuring compliant data handling and onboarding for analytics and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in data governance, inter‑agency coordination, or data strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data acquisition and partnership function across government, industry partners and contractors.
• Define and enforce data standards (formats, schemas, metadata, update cadences).
• Build platform for consolidating data with security and classification constraints.
• Collaborate with legal, cybersecurity and product teams for compliant data onboarding.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate operational data needs into a prioritised data strategy.
