Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead the commercial, contractual, and technical delivery of a data centre new build. This role connects client strategy with site operations and directs the PMC team to maintain scope, budget, quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include managing daily project administration, contract administration, procurement for long-lead equipment, authority submissions, and design coordination.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience in building construction.

Responsibilities

• Operational Project Delivery: Manage daily project administration and ensure milestones.
• Commercial & Contract Management: Oversee main contractor agreements and change management.
• Procurement & Supply Chain: Oversee procurement for trade packages and long-lead equipment.
• Authority Approvals: Coordinate submissions to local authorities (BCA, JTC, PUB, NEA).
• Design Control: Lead coordination between client designs, QPs, and contractor teams.
• Sustainability & Certification: Align construction with BCA-IMDA Green Mark for Data Centres Platinum.
