Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Project Leader to oversee data centre initiatives. You will define strategies, manage budgets and risks, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives.

You will interface with clients and senior management while driving quality, safety and delivery handover. The role requires 15+ years in data centre or mission-critical projects, with PMP/PRINCE2/PE credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PE are advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Data Centre or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and complex deliveries.
• Strong planning, construction management, testing, commissioning and handover experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Data Centre projects.
• Define project strategies, execution plans, governance structures, and delivery methodologies.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and business requirements.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and ensure milestones meet contractual requirements.
• Act as primary interface with clients, senior management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, contract administration, variations and procurement activities.
• Drive compliance with statutory, regulatory and HSE standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop project management and engineering teams.
