Job summary

ESR Group is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Fund Management & Capital team to support all stages of the fundraising process. You will coordinate investor communications, prepare DDQ documents, and develop strategic presentations for real estate fundraising initiatives in Singapore.

The role reports to the Senior Director Fund Management & Capital and requires a disciplined, detail‑oriented professional with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on professionalism.
• Highly organized with strong process discipline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and respond to investor RFPs / RFIs and questions for fundraises.
• Prepare standard DDQ documents for fundraising.
• Develop strategic investor presentations with external stakeholders.
• Draft fund documentation including term sheets and LPAs.
• Coordinate investor meetings and conferences; manage marketing collateral.
