Job summary

ESR Group is seeking an Associate in our Infrastructure team to support sourcing, execution and management of infrastructure investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. You will work within deal teams, drive financial modelling and due diligence, and help manage relationships with investors, advisors and portfolio companies.

The role emphasizes analytical capability, intellectual curiosity and the ability to deliver complex transactions from origination to execution, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure investments, private equity or investment banking
• Strong financial modelling skills and valuation experience (DCF, LBO, comps)
• Experience in due diligence, structuring and execution of infra transactions

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new infrastructure investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships to generate deal flow
• Prepare investment memos and recommendations for Investment Committee
• Lead financial modelling, due diligence and assist in terms negotiation
