Job summary

Oracle Global Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal Site Selection Manager based in Singapore to lead the origination, structuring, and execution of data center site opportunities across targeted metros and regions.

You will partner with Capacity Planning, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Security, and Operations teams through every stage of the project, delivering governance updates and driving disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site selection experience for industrial-scale projects including real estate evaluation, development, lease agreements, and infrastructure delivery.
• Knowledge of the data center industry, market dynamics, key players, and data center lease models.
• Understanding of land acquisition, development, utility agreements, sustainable practices, and permitting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations with ownership and stakeholder alignment.
• Independent yet collaborative, capable of autonomous work with clear leadership as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop metro strategies and originate opportunities that meet business requirements.
• Define capacity needs and site requirements with capacity planners and network specialists.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles from initial signal through availability and post-close governance.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders on multiple transactions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, negotiate, and recommend lease opportunities for approval.
• Lead commercial negotiations with providers, partnering with Corporate Procurement to execute contracts.
• Analyze total cost of ownership for lease-versus-build options with Finance.
• Maintain data integrity and provide analytical reporting for governance.
• Support day-to-day team activities as needed.
