Job summary

LPS is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead physical build-out, configuration, and integration of server farms and data center solutions. You will transform architectural designs into operational, resilient infrastructure for our clients, coordinating with PMs, vendors and stakeholders to validate readiness, execute deployment tasks, and monitor health.

The role requires hands-on experience with Hyper-V, Windows Server, REHL, firewalls, and network hardware, plus familiarity with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on data center infrastructure deployment.
• Experience with Hyper-V cluster, vNIC, and vSwitch configuration.
• CIS hardening on Windows Server 2022 and REHL, GPO deployment & remediation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid connectivity.
• ITIL change and incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware configuration, firmware updates, and security tuning.
• Deploy and configure Hyper-V to create virtualized server farms.
• Implement software-defined storage and networking solutions.
• Integrate infrastructure components with central management tools.
• Review designs with solution architects and produce as-built docs.
• Conduct SIT readiness checks and provide post-go-live support.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and logs; apply fixes as needed.
• Coordinate with development and operations for permanent resolutions.
