Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms with appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, compliant maintenance.
• Prepare site documentation and work permits.
• Support incident response and disaster recovery activities.
