Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Four years of supervisory management experience.
• Proficient in Python, Stata or R for data analysis.
• Proficient in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and quantitative methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced quantitative analytics, modelling, and programme evaluation.
• Ensure findings are based on sound methods informing policy and planning.
• Supervise data analytic projects and promote data-driven planning.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including MOH, NCSS, and academic partners.
• Translate statistical language into layman terms for colleagues.
• Develop data products like dashboards and infographics.
• Manage workload and ensure timely deliveries.
• Serve as consultant to other divisions on evaluations.
