Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Lead to guide the analytics function, set KPI frameworks and deliver trusted insights via executive dashboards. You will lead a team of Data Analysts, work with Snowflake datasets, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate metrics into measurable business outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analysis to drive governance and analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field.
Typically 7–10 years of experience in analytics, BI or performance management.
At least 2–3 years of experience leading, mentoring or managing analysts.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise analytics roadmap across priority domains.
Lead the delivery of high-impact dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reviews.
Lead, coach and mentor a team of Data Analysts; manage priorities and delivery.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand strategic questions and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure governance, data lineage and KPI standardisation across analytics products.
