Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, statistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL and Tableau for analysis and visualization.
• Experience in coordinating projects and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex insights.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy principles.
• Healthcare analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects and evaluations to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Support the development of analytics and evaluation frameworks and research methodologies.
• Conduct statistical analyses to support organisational decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives.
• Design and implement data pipelines and automated reporting solutions.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
