Job summary

CIMB Singapore is seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional to lead performance tracking, channel analytics and incentive design. The role requires building dashboards, analyzing channel performance and presenting data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth.

You will work with Sales and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable business strategies, leveraging SQL, Python or R and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years in performance tracking or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of sales channel analytics and BI tooling.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across channels to identify acquisition trends.
• Develop channel-specific dashboards and reports for CAC and channel efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize channel utilization and boost acquisitions.
• Develop and manage incentive schemes aligned with channel goals and revenue targets.
• Create performance dashboards and reports for sales, revenue growth and business performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to translate analytics into actions.
