Job summary

CLARIST RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support its operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on analyzing data, optimizing processes, and managing vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of business analysis experience in FMCG/retail/travel retail, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities to contribute to ongoing growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 2–3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in FMCG/retail/travel retail.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data management).

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and sales data to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Track store sales, KPIs, and commission/incentive payouts.
• Support new store openings, product launches, and events.
• Liaise with agencies/vendors to manage Brand Ambassadors and operations.
• Handle permits, airport pass renewals, invoices, and other admin tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
