Job summary

CFGI is standing up its Data & AI build team in Singapore and is seeking a hands-on Artificial Intelligence Engineer who both builds client solutions and operates them in production. This is a build-and-run role: end-to-end across the AI delivery lifecycle, from building the solution through deployment to operating it reliably in production.

This is a Manager-level role based in Singapore, working with the Data & AI build team and CFGI’s APAC and global practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and shipping production AI/ML systems.
• Experience taking AI/ML solutions through full production lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, evaluate, operate).
• Experience communicating AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build client AI solutions and keep them running reliably in production.
• Design agentic and generative AI systems and workflows.
• Own deployment and serving path for AI solutions, including CI/CD and inference.
• Manage production run-state, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
• Define service-level objectives and production governance.
