Job summary

FUGRO SINGAPORE MARINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines and data structures that support AI, ML, analytics, and automation across enterprise platforms.

You will work with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to ensure data is reliable, governed and ready for approved use cases. This 3-year fixed term contract in Singapore is open to SG/PR candidates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Data/AI, or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python/PySpark for data processing.
• Experience supporting AI/ML, analytics or automation with reliable data inputs.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modelling and data quality.
• Experience integrating data from enterprise systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with security, privacy and governance requirements.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
• CI/CD and Git-based deployment workflows.
• 0-1 years of management; collaboration emphasis.
• Hands-on contributions to data platform initiatives.

Responsibilities
