Palo Alto Networks seeks an experienced network security specialist to act as a trusted customer advocate, delivering tailored guidance, weekly reviews, and proactive security posture improvements. You will own critical cases, execute root-cause analysis, and coordinate with engineering for high‑impact resolutions.

The role requires 7+ years of network security expertise, deep TCP/IP knowledge, and strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of network security experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Experience with VPN technologies including IPsec and SSL.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical assistance to top-tier customers with complex issues.
• Own support cases from start to finish with detailed documentation and timely updates.
• Manage multi-vendor troubleshooting and collaborate with teams to ensure positive customer outcomes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and post-sales support using lab replication and testing tools.
• Identify defects and contribute to bug reports and test plans with engineering.
