Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will deliver premier support to enterprise customers, performing deep technical analysis and guidance across Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android platforms.

The role involves case management, knowledge sharing, and on-call availability to address high-priority issues. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, review documentation, and provide high-quality results under pressure.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical support or customer facing experience in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android OS.
Strong working experience with Microsoft technologies: AD, GPO, Exchange, SCCM, MS SQL Server, IIS.
Hands-on experience with endpoint security software (antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC).
Experience with EDR, SOAR, SIEM, IPsec, SSL-VPN, NAT.
Foundational knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and VDI (VMware, Citrix).
Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting for automation and analysis.
Ability to debug broad, complex environments with mixed apps and networks.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise customers and partners.
Manage end-to-end cases: record, track, prioritize, resolve and follow up.
Perform deep-dive diagnostics and root cause analysis of complex issues.
Author and publish Technical Support Bulletins and troubleshooting docs.
Review technical documentation for training materials.
Provide on-call support during weekends and holidays as needed.
