Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to deploy and manage cyber tools, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes securing networks, cloud environments, and infrastructure while aligning with Zero Trust principles and regulatory demands.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in cybersecurity engineering or security operations, strong networking fundamentals, and hands-on experience with NDR, firewalls, SIEM/EDR, and IAM/PIAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or diploma) in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security operations.
• Strong knowledge of threat landscape, risk management and data protection.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, encryption).
• Hands-on with security tech such as NDR, firewalls, and asset discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity tooling across the organization.
• Guide junior team members and resolve escalations.
• Design and maintain IAM and PIAM solutions.
• Collaborate with network, cloud and infrastructure teams.
• Implement and manage segmentation policies for least-privilege.
• Support NDR deployment and telemetry integration with SIEM/EDR.
• Align security with Zero Trust across network, endpoint and identity.
• Maintain security policies and technical docs.
