Job summary

Singtel is hiring for a security architecture role focusing on risk and cloud compliance across technology initiatives. You will ensure early risk identification, assessment consistency, and effective lifecycle management, advising Singtel IT, Telco Networks and Enterprise stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in security assessments or cybersecurity, hands-on cloud and CNAPP/DevSecOps experience, and relevant certifications (CISSP/CCSP preferred).

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in security assessment or cybersecurity.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP or CCSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive information security risk assessments for new and existing systems, applications, infrastructure changes, and cloud engagements.
• Assess design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical controls to confirm that technology risks are mitigated prior to go-live.
• Ensure technology initiatives and controls comply with internal security policies, standards, and governance requirements; proactively highlight gaps and recommend remediation.
• Review secure related configurations in cloud environments leveraging industry tools and work with application teams to remediate insecure configurations.
• Collaborate with IT, application teams, and business stakeholders to provide risk advisory for projects and ad hoc reviews.
• Drive governance oversight and processes for cloud security compliance, best practices and risk management.
• Support management reporting of cloud security risks, remediation plans and security metrics.
