Job summary

Singtel is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Leader in Singapore to define and drive the security strategy for Enterprise Services. You will direct governance, risk, and 24/7 operations across the ASOC, ensuring robust incident response, secure service delivery and executive-level reporting.

This role requires 15+ years in cyber security leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in managing complex security programs and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, Engineering or related.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience across cyber security, security operations, governance or ICT service delivery.
• Experience leading SOC/ASOC operations, incident response and customer-facing security services.
• Experience with security governance, risk, compliance and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cyber security strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and security standards.
• Develop multi-year cyber capability roadmap across governance, operations, automation and resilience.
• Drive cyber transformation, AI-enabled security operations and productivity improvements.
• Represent Enterprise Services in cyber strategy forums and executive governance discussions.
• Lead security governance, risk management, audits, control assessments and assurance reporting.
• Own end-to-end service delivery of customer-facing managed security services across implementation, transition and steady-state support.
• Provide security oversight for strategic customer opportunities and major programs, guiding architecture and risk mitigation.
• Engage executives and customers to strengthen trust, provide clear security reporting and drive incident response readiness.
