Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Order Fulfilment professional in Singapore to manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including order receipt, processing, shipment coordination and invoicing.

You will process orders in SAP, monitor backlogs and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery. The role requires 5+ years in order fulfilment, familiarity with SAP, and potential supervisory responsibilities. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Business/Logistics/SC or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Order Fulfilment experience; regional exposure preferred.
• Candidates with experience in medical devices or FMCG advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Some supervisory/team management experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash: receipt, processing, shipment, invoicing.
• Process customer and sample orders accurately in SAP for timely fulfilment.
• Monitor backlog, shipments, billing and backorders; follow up on orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and DCs to expedite shipments and on-time delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints with status updates.
• Manage customer returns and repair requests with Repair Centre liaison.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve order issues and improve delivery.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to improvement projects.
• Provide team coverage and backup; assist with ad-hoc duties.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, from order receipt and processing to shipment coordination and invoicing.




• Process customer and sample orders accurately in SAP, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment.




• Monitor order backlog, shipments, billing and backorders, proactively following up on outstanding orders.




• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centres to expedite shipments and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.




• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, providing timely updates on order and shipment status.




• Manage customer returns and repair requests, liaising with the relevant Repair Centre for resolution.




• Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders.




• Collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve order-related issues and improve service delivery.




• Identify process gaps and root causes, and contribute to process improvement and integration projects.




• Provide team coverage and backup support, as well as assist with other ad-hoc duties when required.




• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent



• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Order Fulfilment; preferable with regional exposure.



• Candidates with experience in the medical devices or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries will be advantageous



• Good working knowledge of SAP is preferred


• Some experience in supervisory/ team management is advantageous

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills




• Proficient in MS Office
