Job summary

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a Senior Executive, Curriculum to coordinate curriculum delivery for Year 3 ECBL weeks, CTW and Wrap-up Week. You will work with School Leads and the Office of Medical Education to ensure timely preparation of sessions and resources across campus and clinical postings.

You will manage simulation-based learning logistics, SP recruitment, and coordination with hospital Education Offices to align postings with curriculum requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with experience in education and/or healthcare are preferred.
• Experience in scheduling/timetabling is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for sessions across ECGBL weeks and CTW/WuW.
• Coordinate simulation-based learning experiences and SP recruitment.
• Prepare learning spaces, equipment and resources with relevant teams.
• Develop and deploy curriculum resources across digital platforms.
