Zusammenfassung

The Senior Executive, Curriculum at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) will coordinate curriculum delivery across on-campus and clinical posting sites, ensuring seamless planning with education offices and school leads.

You will manage digital curriculum activities in Elentra, schedule sessions, arrange rooms, and support resources for Medicine and Surgery blocks. A university degree and experience in education or healthcare are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• A good university degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with prior experience in education and/or healthcare are preferred.
• Experience in scheduling/timetabling will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Able to work independently under time pressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Able to multi-task and work on different portfolios and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical, meticulous and able to solve problems.

Aufgaben

• Provide logistical and administrative support for curriculum sessions and campus teaching weeks.
• Coordinate simulation-based learning experiences and SP recruitment, ensuring high standard support.
• Collaborate with Leads and education offices to prepare learning spaces and resources.
• Develop and deploy curriculum resources across digital platforms, ensuring quality and accessibility.
• Coordinate clinical education placements with hospital Education Offices for Medicine and Surgery.
• Manage digital curriculum activities in Elentra, including attendance and scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics for integrated teaching sessions and ensure spaces/resources are in place.
• Oversee room booking for teaching spaces and assist with team events.
