Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior CT Product & Clinical Support Application Specialist to support the Singapore & Brunei market, based in Singapore. You will lead CT application training, perform image quality reviews, and advise on planning CT research projects while mentoring junior specialists.

Strong CT experience, radiation safety expertise and communication skills are essential for regional support and on-site demonstrations.

Qualifications

A radiographer with 7–10 years of CT experience and wide exposure to cardiac, neuro, MSK and oncology cases, with advanced post-processing skills.
Strong communication, collaboration and leadership abilities to drive team performance.
Knowledge, training or certification on Siemens CT equipment, especially Photon Counting CT, is advantageous.
Previous CT Applications roles in country or region are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive CT application training to clinical, research and veterinary customers at all levels.
Perform system troubleshooting, image quality and dose reviews, and optimize usage/workflow.
Engage customers in consultative discussions on planning CT research projects.
Support customers with advanced imaging and research needs, including prototype usage.
Develop expertise in competitive CT product comparisons.
Deliver product presentations and on-site demos at conferences and site visits.
Provide clinical marketing, product training and sales support to internal teams.
Lead educational training initiatives such as hands-on workshops for CT and clinical topics.
Build CT reference sites and KOLs in Singapore and Brunei, with regional support as needed.
