Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior/ Customer Service Engineer to deliver and manage healthcare projects. You will be involved in installation, startup, maintenance, and support across Singapore and Brunei Install Base.

The role requires technical Diploma and knowledge in imaging or therapy product lines, plus a mindset for customer relationship development and site service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline such as Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Biomedical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, Process Control Engineering, Networking basic.
• Experience in Healthcare Services or product knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be well versed in one or more Diagnostic Imaging or Advanced Therapies product lines.
• Contribute to building and strengthening service team competency in technical knowledge.
• Foster relationships with customers to drive satisfaction.
• Perform installation, startup, maintenance, repairs, updates of products and assist with others under supervision.
• Travel may be required; role covers Singapore and Brunei Install Base.
