Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior/ Customer Service Engineer to support their diagnostic imaging and advanced therapies product lines across Singapore and Brunei Install Base. The role includes installation, startup, maintenance, repairs, updates, and travel as required to meet business needs.

You will enhance service team competency, nurture customer relationships for high satisfaction, and collaborate with a global team in healthcare projects, contributing to better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Diploma in a technical discipline such as Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Biomedical Engineering.
Knowledge of Operating Systems, Process Control Engineering, Networking basic.
Experience within Healthcare Services & Product knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Install, startup, maintenance, repairs and updates of products within your area of expertise.
Build and strengthen Service Team competency in technical knowledge.
Foster development of relationships with customers to excel in customer satisfaction.
Role covers Singapore and Brunei Install Base; travelling may be required.
