Job summary

Kulicke & Soffa Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Enterprise Application to analyze and troubleshoot E-Biz and related business processes within enterprise applications for manufacturing.

The role requires documenting architectural design, as-is and to-be processes, testing, and issue resolution with strict ITGC and SOX compliance. You will lead requirements gathering, workshops, and automation feasibility while upholding SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in high-tech manufacturing with at least one ERP implementation.
• Experience with Scrum agile methodology.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is advantageous.
• Strong SDLC and manufacturing modules knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead in user requirements gathering and analysis.
• Drive user discussions and workshops for information gathering.
• Perform feasibility studies for automation.
• Document user requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Lead system design and development of functionality per specs.
• Develop test plans and scripts.
• Conduct testing to ensure QA compliance.
• Lead user training & UAT.
• Provide project progress reports to management.
• Handle issues resolution per SLA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
