Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent finance operations professional to support credit and margin activities. You will maintain monitoring schedules, compile valuation reports for trading representatives, and keep margin data accurate across internal systems.

With 1–5 years of relevant experience in credit or securities operations and strong Excel skills, you will contribute to private wealth support and cross-functional projects while communicating clearly with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in credit operations, margin administration or securities operations.
• Strong Excel skills with an analytical approach and close attention to detail; programming/AI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monitoring schedules for structured products to support the credit team’s operational activities.
• Compile product valuation information into clear reports for trading representatives.
• Update and maintain bond margin information within internal systems.
• Administer unit trust margin records, ensuring system information remains accurate and current.
• Prepare reports supporting private wealth management and high-net-worth client activities.
• Provide operational and administrative support for private wealth-related matters within the credit function.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of data used in monitoring schedules, valuation reports and margin records.
• Assist with departmental projects and additional operational assignments as required.
