China Citic Bank International Limited Singapore Branch seeks an experienced banker to support credit documentation, administration and facility setup for Private Banking clients. The role covers loan processing, account servicing, and KYC in line with MAS regulations, while coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely and compliant handling of transactions.

• Education Qualification: Degree or Diploma holder.
• Minimum 5 years private banking experience in banking and credit documentation/administration.
• Working knowledge of Avaloq system is essential.
• Familiar with credit and security documentation and with knowledge in account opening and KYC procedures.
• Experience in Private Banking & Corporate Banking credit and security documentation.
• Familiar with collateral registration and lodgment procedures and requires
• Understand credit control monitoring requirement and setting up tools to monitor accordingly.
• Knowledge of account operations and KYC procedures in Private Banking.
• Working knowledge of Avaloq system. Familiar with Private Banking lending facilities, anti-money laundering and know-your-client requirements
• Knowledge on client management, operation support and process improvement.
• Familiar with wealth management products such as Unit Trust / Mutual Fund, Fixed Income Instrument, Lombard loan, Premium financing / Refinancing, Currency Linked Deposit, Structured Notes, Structured Deposits, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Perform credit documentation and administration functions under the purview of ALO and ensure that credit facilities/monitoring are implemented in accordance to credit approval
• Perform checks on fixed deposit maintenance(placement and released), current account maintenance, account opening, deposit-related transactions, Investment products, insurance products, Lombard loan, premium financing, loan processing, static data maintenance, audit confirmations and other related account servicing and maintenance functions under the purview of SG ALO
• Perform loan operations and reports preparation/checking under purview of ALO
• Contribute to continuous improvements in procedures and organization so as to streamline sales & operational workflows/processes
• Ensure facility and security documents are duly executed and in order for implementation
• Prepare/check draft facility letter and documents for signing by customers
• Perform redemption of facilities for Private Banking facilities (including but not limited to Premium Financing, Lombard Loan)
• Manage the daily routine operations in an efficient manner, while delivering good qualityservices to internal and external customers (including but not limited to account opening process, new account set-up, provide general banking services including remittance, deals executions, complete client’s banking
• To review and approve investment related transactions in accordance to MAS regulations and internal guidance
• Ensure that operational processes while collaborating with front office in HK and SG, and other business units are in full compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements
• Set-up new accounts and maintenance in the system and custody of the account-opening filefor regular post-acceptance review
• Process/check transactions relating to fixed/structured deposits placement and maintenance.
• Process/checks loan transactions and loan administration tasks
• Process/check account operation-related transactions in accordance to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
• Process/check transaction of investment products and other PB products where applicable
• Work closely with HO’s counterparts to ensure daily transaction are processed, settled and issues, if any are resolved accordingly
• Perform facility & security documents supports and safekeeping custody
• Lead &/or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and system testing
• Familiar with the end-to-end flow of lending product life cycle
• Reports preparation &/or checking under various workstreams
• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
