Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support the credit team with monitoring schedules, valuation reports, and margin records for structured products and unit trusts.

You will compile reports for private wealth activities, assist with projects, and communicate with internal stakeholders. Candidates should have a finance-related degree and 1–5 years' experience in credit operations or securities services, with strong Excel skills.

• Update and maintain bond margin information within internal systems.
• Administer unit trust margin records, ensuring system information remains accurate and current.
• Prepare reports supporting private wealth management and high-net-worth client activities.
• Provide operational and administrative support for private wealth-related matters within the credit function.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of data used in monitoring schedules, valuation reports and margin records.
• Assist with departmental projects and additional operational assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in credit operations, margin administration or securities operations within a stockbroking or financial services firm.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with an analytical approach and close attention to detail; programming or AI-agent knowledge would be advantageous.
• Able to work independently, resolve operational issues and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
