Responsibilities

• Familiarize with Equity and Margin Financing products
• Perform due diligence checks and essential background searches upon onboarding of new clients and as and when deemed necessary
• Conduct financial analysis of counters that the Company has large exposures with
• Review clients' credit limits and monitor debt recovery progress on regular basis
• Carry out daily force selling of overdue positions
• Liaise with internal and external parties (Management/Risk Department/lawyers/regulators and etc.) on trading related matters
• Display teamwork and work closely with staff from other department and within the group at all times
• Review clients' portfolio to ensure they meet the prescribed margin requirements
• Communicate with Trading Representatives on topping-up/force selling of margins, drawdown of margin loans and other margin related matters
• Monitor clients' portfolio/ companys' overall exposure to ensure the clients / Company is not overly exposed to single counter concerntration risk
• Perform enhanced counter analysis of clients' shares collaterals and provide recommendations for Managements' decision making
• Semi‑annual review of marginable counter list

Reporting and Adhoc Projects

• Monthly reporting to Headquarter
• Daily reporting of company's stocks exposure and contra losses to Management
• Review and update Operations Manual to ensure the current processes are documented
• Coordinator of adhoc IT projects and User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Period

• Contract (6 months)
• Convertible to permanent (depending on performance and headcount availability)

Requirements
