Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree required in Business / Accountancy / Banking & Finance.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in credit control or related banking function.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes and risk management.
• Experience with UAT/project initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Access/PowerPoint).
• Analytical and meticulous with strong organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform documentation checks and ensure facility and collateral documents comply with credit memos.
• Carry out pre-activation checks for conditions precedents and collateral, per internal policies.
• Follow up with law firms on security documents registration and perfection.
• Maintain system updates for activation or revision of credit facilities.
• Monitor outstanding documents, covenants, valuations, and insurance renewals.
• Prepare escalation reports and process cancellation/redemption of facilities.
• Collaborate with business and credit partners to review end-to-end processes and drive automation.
