## Snr Assoc, Specialist, Credit ControlApplylocations: Singapore - Centraltime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: WD87113**Job Duties & Responsibilities*** Perform documentation checks and ensure facility and collateral documents are in compliance with approved terms in credit memos.* Perform pre-activation checks to ensure conditions precedents are met, collaterals in place and compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines prior to activation of credit facilities.* Follow up with law firm on security documents registration and perfection.* Maintain and perform system updates for activation / revision of credit facilities.* Monitoring outstanding documents, covenants, re-valuations and insurance renewal for collateral.* Prepare and generate escalation reports on a timely basis.* Process cancellation of credit facilities and redemption of mortgage.* Collaborate with business, product stakeholders and credit partners to review and improve end-to-end processes including automation and digitization.* Participate in projects, provide user story requirements and perform user acceptance testing.* Act as a checker and guide for the team by reviewing work quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements, and providing guidance, coaching and support to team members* Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and process guidelines**Requirements:*** University Degree in Business / Accountancy / Banking & Finance* Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar field* Knowledge of banking and financial services in Consumer / Wealth Management banking is an advantage* Good understanding of credit control processes and risks* Experience in doing projects including user acceptance testing* Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills* Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Access and Powerpoint* Analytical and meticulous with an eye for detail* Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working independently and effectively under pressure* Self-driven and able to embrace changes and challenges* Positive attitude and a team player**Location:**DBS Asia Central**Job:**Risk Management**Schedule:**Regular**Employee Status:**Full time### Why join us?*DBS is more than a bank —**we're shaping the future of finance and communities.
