Qualifications
- Law degree and practicing certificate required.
- 8+ years in commercial transactions, infra or telecom law.
- Experience drafting/negotiating telecom infra agreements.
- APAC cross-border experience essential.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and business judgment.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance legal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements for network infrastructure expansion.
- Draft subsea cable project documents, T&Cs, colocation and IRU contracts.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Compliance and external counsel.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide practical business and legal advice aligned with policy.
